More and more people start to read their emails and connect with their friends through mobile devices. In order to survey those who are always on the go and don’t use computers very often, we developed the mobile version survey system. If your survey is visited from a mobile device, a specially optimized survey page will show.

For better display result, we removed customized themes and adjusted some page elements to fit surveys into small screens. So don’t be too confused when you see a blank survey with no custom fonts or background images on your mobile.

img2: This is how it looks on a mobile. Notice the URLs are different? Your respondents enter the “www” address the same as on a computer and our system will automatically transfer them to “mobile” address. So relax, you don’t need to send different addresses to different respondents. Just give them the same address!

As our system is web-based, internet connection on mobile devices is required and your respondents need to use a mobile browser to visit your survey. Please remember that we only optimized the survey page (the page your respondents see and submit their choices) and you are not recommended to create surveys on your mobile devices.
